How can I be entered in the weekly drawings for free jewelry?

Follow us on Facebook for more info about news, sales, events, and free giveaways. We have free drawings once per week - usually early in the week, but they can be any day. We will alert you through social media each week with details.

Can I choose a pendant from one necklace and a charm from another?

Yes, we are more than happy to create a custom piece for you – just let us know the item numbers for the pieces that you like and what 2 pieces you would like to combine. Contact us by email and we will then give you a quote and let you know how to special order the customer piece. We will even combine pieces from both the men’s and women’s store if you want us to. Note that many women buy pieces from our men's store and vice versa. 

 
 

How often do you add new jewelry?

We add new pieces every week. So please be sure to keep checking the webstore. If you are on our mailing lists and follow us on social media, we will let you know when new pieces are listed, and will also let you know when there are specials, clearance deals, new coupons, etc.

 
 

Do you offer any other dog/pet products beside the collars with gold pendants?

Not at this time, but if you see any other pendant that you like from another necklace, we can make a customer piece for you. Also, we are looking to add more pet pieces in the next few months - look out for gold plated diamond letters coming soon. If you have any questions or suggestions, please let us know by using the contact form.

 
 

Do you sell any solid gold pieces?

We have a jeweler on staff who can help you design and create a custom solid gold piece. Contact us by email for more details.

 
 

What are inches and mm (millimeters) in the dimensions?

We list chain lengths in inches. We list chain widths in mm (millimeters). We list pendant length and width in mm.

 
 

What if an item is sold out or not available, can I still purchase it? 

If an item is sold out, please contact us to let us know you would like to buy it. We will let you know when we expect the next shipment to arrive.

 
 

How can I get assistance if I would like some help? 

Email is the best way to reach us; we reply to email questions much quicker than to voicemails. We can be reached by phone at (919) 913-5495 Monday through Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm Eastern Time, but again please note that we generally respond to emails much quicker than voicemails.

 
 

I purchased an Eternal Gold item but want to return it?  

Go to menu bar and click on Warranty/Returns.

 
 

How do I place an order? 

Placing an order is easy. Just click on the product/s you wish to purchase by visiting either the men's or women's store. Then add it to your cart and checkout. If you want to buy jewelry from both the men's and women's store, you will have to check out separately at each store.

 
 

What is the status of my order? 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email along with a tracking number. The tracking number will let you see the progress of your order and estimated time of arrival. Please note that it may take 24 hours from the time your order is scanned by the shipping carrier until you have updated information.

 
 

How do I cancel/change my order? 

We try our best to ship orders as quickly as we receive them. Generally, this means that orders cannot be cancelled once they are received. Once it has arrived at your door, if you would like to cancel, please see how to return items by going to Menu and selecting Warranty/Returns.

What payment methods do you accept? 

We all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) or you can pay with your PayPal account. 

 
 

How long will I have to wait before I receive my order? 

For domestic shipping you should receive your order in 5-10 business days, often quicker if you are on the East Coast. For international shipments, click here for more information.

 
 

Where do you ship? 

We ship anywhere in the world. If shipment is going to anywhere outside the United States, please click on the Menu bar and Shipping option for information on pricing and directions for shipping orders outside of the United States.

 
 

What are the charges for shipping?

Shipping charges for orders within the US

Orders totaling $1-$74 are charged $8.25 shipping.  Orders totaling $75 or more ship for free.

Shipping charges for orders outside of the US

Please contact us for a shipping quote for any orders shipping outside of the US. We will need to know the items that you want to buy as well as the full shipping address / country where you want the order shipped to, in order to give you a shipping quote.

Do you offer gift wrapping? 

Yes. We are happy to offer gift-wrap service for $10 per piece, including Eternal Gold gift box and tissue paper. All of our products can be individually gift wrapped - just choose this service when ordering.

 
 

If I would like to return my order, how do I do that? 

If you are sent a defective piece of jewelry, you may return it for a full refund or replacement within 7 days. 

If you are unhappy with your purchase for reasons other than defectiveness, you can return it within 7 days for a full refund minus shipping and handling costs that we incurred to send the shipment to you. An $8 restocking fee will also be deducted from your refund if you are returning a piece simply because you do not like it. 

Returned merchandise must be unworn with original packaging and tags. Please also include the receipt. Once merchandise is received, refunds will be credited in the original payment form. Please allow 14 days for refunds to be processed.

Sale and clearance items are final and non-returnable.

We do not pay return shipping on returns, except for defective merchandise.

How long does it take to refund my money after I return it? 

We will process your return as quickly as we can and will refund you in the same method you paid. We will fully process your return within 2 weeks of receiving; it may take longer for the refund to post to your account depending on your credit card/bank.

 
 

What is the address I mail my online order return to? 

\To return merchandise please go to the Menu, select Warranty/Returns and print off the Replacement/Return form at the bottom of the page. The address to ship items back to, as well as all other information, is listed on that form.

 
 

What materials are used to make your jewelry?

We use many different materials to make our jewelry including sterling silver, stainless steel, surgical grade stainless steel, metal alloy and more. Although all of our jewelry is lead free, some small pieces such as jump hoops are lead compliant. We do not use nickel in most of our jewelry, however sterling silver pieces do contain some nickel.

 
 

How do I care for my Eternal Gold jewelry?

It is important to protect your jewelry from direct contact with chemicals including hair products, lotions and perfumes. Occasionally washing jewelry gently with a mild soap/water and thoroughly rinsing in warm water will remove natural skin oils, which can cause dulling or oxidation.  After washing, it is very important to dry the jewelry thoroughly. Metals can be cleaned with a gentle cloth. Our jewelry should never be dipped in liquid jewelry cleaner.

Different metals and finishes hold up very differently – for example, our surgical grade stainless steel jewelry is much more durable than our gold-plated jewelry. However, we suggest the following tips for all jewelry to avoid discoloration and faster wear and tear:

- In the shower

- In the ocean / swimming pool

- In the bath tub or hot-tub

- While exercising

All our jewelry comes wrapped in a cloth and then placed inside a cloth bag. We suggest always storing our jewelry this way.


Do you offer re-plating of gold jewelry?

Depending upon how often you wear gold plated jewelry and wear/tear in general, gold plated jewelry will eventually need to be re-plated. The gold layer will fade and tarnish with time. This is because the molecules of the base metal will slowly travel to the top layer, showing signs of wear. In additional, if the jewelry is dropped, scraped, rubbed against other pieces, the gold plating can chip off. We offer a re-plating service, with the cost being $10-15, depending on the size of the piece. Please contact us for more information if you need any jewelry that you originally purchased from us to be re-plated.
